In our facility in Mörlenbach we produce gauge blocks made of steel over 100 mm to 1500 mm in standard and special sizes
History:
- 1919 The precision mechanic Karl Jakob Frank founds the company Frank and begins the production of measuring devices and gauge blocks.
- 1999 Karl Frank GmbH is dissolved due to bankruptcy.
- 2000 SMT Feinmesstechnik company is founded in Mörlenbach. The area of gauge blocks over 100 mm to 1000 mm is taken over from the insolvent company Karl Frank.
- 2011 Takeover of SMT-Feinmesstechnik by Herbert Hoffmann GmbH
